Mrs. McGlothlin's PLE music class is using tacos to make music!🎶🌮 Mrs. Courtney's 1st graders learned a song to go with the book "Dragons Love Tacos." Then, they created rhythm patterns with tacos (two short sounds) and cheese (one longer sound), and practiced performing them with a steady beat! #pleproud #gcsproud

Paint Lick Elementary would like to welcome our new Preschool Paraeducator, Ms. Chelsea Freels!
Ms. Chelsea Freels is from Somerset, KY but soon to be citizen of Lancaster! Ms. Freels is currently completing her senior year at Midway University studying Psychology. Her career goals include pursuing Education in Human Development with a minor in mental health counseling. She is recently engaged to a Garrard County native, Tee Ellis. Ms. Freels says, "I am very excited to be a part of the Paint Lick community and hope to represent our school system well!"
