Equipped with large bean pods, weighted blankets and stuffed animals, spin chairs, and an array of sensory items, these spaces offer students a refuge for relaxation and emotional regulation. Additionally, students can engage in creative activities with drawing/coloring materials, building items, while enjoying soft music.The creation of these calming spaces displays Camp Dick Robinson Elementary's commitment to nurturing the social-emotional well-being of its students and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
