Severe weather events can be scary for our students, especially our Pre-K population- but thanks to our older ATC Nursing students everyone's nerves were calmed this morning during the tornado warning event. Our nursing students read books to our Pre-K students while sheltering in place! #gcsproud

The potato-man surgery allows students to practice donning and doffing (putting on and taking off protective gear, clothing and uniforms), allows them to practice medical terminology in real time and allows them to learn about anatomical positions and body planes.
